The cabin top is extended to replace a plastic trim that was fitted in the past. The cockpit floor is removed to gain access to the internal hull and new fuel tank bearers are fitted The cockpit receives its first coats of Hi-build
The hull is filled and faired and hi build is applied The hull complete with its primers and ready for top coat. In the foreground are some of the louvers that will be fixed to the fwd. section of the cabin top. Awlgrip topcoats are applied and the signature delta  rubbing strip is masked and ready for blue top coat.
New teak toerails are fixed to deck edge. The cabin louvers are now in place to give the boat its unique original look. New seats are made and upholstered to original design and new aft seating cushions are made. Bulkheads and windscreen frame are varnished and a new screen is fitted along with new stainless trim. The remainder of the cockpit is also painted with awlgrip with the seats tilting back to reveal a sink and a galley area.
the two original volvo petrol engines are rebuilt and re-sprayed and all bilge areas are painted white. All original deck fittings are re-plated and the original decks are sanded and given a coat of oil. Delta cabin re-upholstered with new cushion and a new folding chart table/galley fitted on the left of the picture. The whole cabin along with the rest of the boat was re-wired.

'Cristina' is applied in gold leaf and the bathing platform benefits from new teak slating. The boat is also fitted with a new anchor windlass and stainless bow plate. The volvo legs are reconditioned and sprayed and the transom is finished in blue.
Original port holes have been re-plated and new tinted Perspex is fitted. Finished off with dark blue antifouling A new custom made cover is fitted.
